The C.A.C.A. Oratorical Contest:

Working to achieve equal participation in American democracy, C.A.C.A. invests in the next generation. Students in grades 6-12 prepare and deliver speeches for the group's annual oratorical contest, developing their ability to make sound and persuasive arguments. Many participants continue to build on these skills, becoming scholars and community leaders.
